NYSC is proud to announce that Juan Arenas has been appointed as the Boys Director of Coaching!
Juan's professional credentials include the USSF A License which he obtained in 2013, and the Argentinian Coaches Association A License achieved 2015. During his 9 years at NYSC, Juan has coached many age groups on the boys and girls side, including USSF Development Academy teams.
Juan was appointed as the Zone 1 Director in 2021, and has done an exceptional job at improving the overall player development environment, leading to top performances by the NYSC Zone 1 teams.
As the NYSC Boys Director of Coaching, Juan will be responsible for overseeing the development environment for the players, mentoring the coaches, enhancing the college pathway, ensuring top level competition for the teams, amongst other initiatives. Juan is poised and excited to lead the New York Soccer Club Boys program to new heights.
NYSC Academy Director, Christian Gonzalez, commented "I am thrilled to see Juan take this next step as a club leader.
