NYSC in the UEFA Champions League

New York Soccer Club is very pleased to announce that we now have two former players competing in the UEFA Champions League, the world's greatest club competition. Congratulations to Gio Reyna & James Sands! 

Gio Reyna who currently plays for Borussia Dortmund made his Champions League debut on February 18th, 2020. In doing so he became the third youngest player to ever appear in a knockout stage game. To complete this great milestone Gio also assisted the game-winning goal, making him the youngest American to play and record an assist in a Champions League fixture!

James Sands who currently plays for Rangers F.C. made his Champions League debut with Rangers in the first leg of the third qualifying round on August 2nd, 2022 against Royale Union Saint Gilloise.
