NYSC Elite Director's Camp

NYSC had another successful summer running the Elite Academy Director's Camp. Designed for high-level players, this camp offered the opportunity for players to train with the club's Academy Director Christian Gonzalez (USSF A).

The training sessions provided an emphasis on:

  • Ball mastery, Side moves, Forward moves
  • Refining first touch control when receiving
  • Improving the accuracy of pass with a focus on body mechanics
  • Ball protection while receiving 
  • Mastering the 2v1, 3v2, and 4v3 attacking principles
